By accessing SevaRan websites or services you agree to these draft Terms. If you use SevaRan for a business, you represent you have authority to bind that business.
The service
SevaRan provides SaaS modules for hospitality operations. Features may be Live or Coming Soon as disclosed on the site. We may modify features with notice where commercially reasonable.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for credentials and for activity under your tenant. Prohibit unlawful content, interference, and unauthorized access — see also Acceptable Use.
Fees
Paid plans and refunds are governed by Pricing, your order form, and the Refund Policy when commerce is live.
Limitation of liability
