Roles
When SevaRan processes personal data on behalf of a customer tenant, the customer is controller (or equivalent) and SevaRan is processor — subject to finalized counsel language.
Instructions
We process personal data to provide the service and as documented in the Privacy Policy and product configuration — not for unrelated marketing.
Security
Technical measures include tenant isolation, RBAC, authentication controls, and application-layer audit logging as described in the Trust Center.
