Questions

• Does night audit create revenue by itself?

  No. It posts and validates according to rate and stay rules already on the booking. Audit is reconciliation, not invention.

• What must match after night audit?

  Room charges on the folio and occupancy on the PMS spine should reconcile before a new business date opens. Fix the source transaction — do not overwrite the ledger by hand.

• What is FEFO in SevaRan inventory?

  First-expiry-first-out governs stock picks when lots carry expiry. Physical count confirms on-hand quantity; FEFO decides which lot leaves first.

• How do I reach support today?

  Use Contact Support → Contact. There is no live ticket form or chat widget yet. We will not invent a live chat launch button that goes nowhere.
