Purpose
This draft refund policy applies to fees paid to SevaRan for subscribed SaaS plans when online payments are enabled.
Eligibility
Unless required by law or stated in an order form, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. Billing errors or duplicate charges will be corrected.
Process
Request refunds via Contact → Sales with invoice details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable period after approval.

This page is published so Privacy, Terms, and Refund URLs exist for payment-provider onboarding. Counsel must finalize before collecting customer funds.
